Purchase mechanism:

1. The program starts on December 20, 2024, starting from 00.00 GMT+7 until December 27, 2024 at 23.59 GMT+7. Winners will be determined according to the highest purchase order (in Rupiah).
2. Winners will be announced on D+7 after the working day runs.
3. Customers who become winners with the highest purchases (in Rupiah) will be announced on the Telkomsel website and MyTelkomsel Instagram account.
4. If there are customers who have the same number of purchases, the winner is determined based on the fastest purchase achievement for the same purchase value.
5. The winner is determined automatically based on the leaderboard, and the decision is final and cannot be contested.
6. This program does not apply to Telkomsel employees.

Winners Determination

1. The Grand Prize winner is based on the accumulated total purchases (in Rupiah) of selected physical goods and shopping vouchers on the MyTelkomsel App during the program period from 20 to 27 December 2024.
2. There are 3 Grand Prize winners. If there are two or more customers who have the same total purchase price, Telkomsel will see who is the fastest to reach the total package purchase on MyTelkomsel.
3. The winner is determined by Telkomsel based on the criteria above, and Telkomsel's decision cannot be contested.

1. The Grand Prize winners will be announced D+7 on Telkomsel’s website and MyTelkomsel Instagram.
2. Customers will be contacted first by Telkomsel for prize distribution information. Prize delivery will be no later than D+30 after the program ends.
3. Customers who cannot be contacted during the confirmation process will be disqualified and the prize will be transferred to the next winner. Prize delivery will take approximately 4 weeks from the date of customer data confirmation. Winners will not be charged any fees.
