We’re currently working to improve Telkomsel POIN service, POIN redemption, and Daily Check-In can’t be done at the mean time. Sorry for the inconvenience and we’ll be back soon with better services.

Dear customers, due to the Telkomsel POIN service upgrade, all Telkomsel POIN redemption activities including Daily Check-In will be temporarily closed from April 7th, 2021 at 22:00 (Western Indonesia Time) to April 8th, 2021 at 3:00 (Western Indonesia Time).
Telkomsel POIN redemption can be done normally again on April 8th, 2021 at 4:00 (Western Indonesia Time).

When will the service upgrade be carried out?

Service upgrade starts from April 7th, 2021 (22:00 WIB) to April 8th, 2021 (04:00 WIB)

Will I still earn Telkomsel POIN if I top-up my credit balance or pay bills?

POIN obtained from transactions during the service upgrade period will be injected after the service upgrade has been completed.

Can I redeem Telkomsel POIN during that period?

We’re sorry, all Telkomsel POIN redemptions including Daily Check-In can’t be done during the upgrade period. We’ll be back soon.

How about the lottery coupons from the Credit Transfer program?

The lottery coupons will be injected after the service upgrade has been completed as well.
