  2. Flash sale starts from February 15th – February 21st, 2021 or as long as it’s still available.
  3. Along with the smartphone, you will get free Telkomsel starter pack for bundling package activation.
  4. After your smartphone has been delivered, please register your new prepaid SIM card and activate BundlingMAX package.
  5. Any complaint related to the smartphone, packaging, and distribution shall be addressed to the store where you made the purchase.
  6. Any complaint related to operator service such as data package or nano SIM replacement can be addressed to Telkomsel Call Center at 188 (Rp300/minute for prepaid customers, free for postpaid customers).
  7. By reading these Terms and Conditions, you are deemed to understand and agree to all the rules specified in Samsung Galaxy A02 bundling program with Telkomsel.

 

BUNDLINGMAX PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. This package is valid for customers who buy Samsung Galaxy A02 and activate the new prepaid SIM card/starter pack inside the smartphone box/packaging.
  2. The price includes VAT.
  3. BundlingMAX package can be activated via UMB *363*23# or MyTelkomsel App on the "BundlingMAX" menu. This package can only be activated using registered number and IMEI.
  4. BundlingMAX package can be activated by a new number and an existing number with less than 12-month active period.
  5. Every registered number and IMEI can activate BundlingMAX package in a maximum of 5 times in a month.
  6. The data package is quota-based. If the quota runs out, other internet packages will be consumed or you will be charged with internet basic tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use) of Rp100/20Kb.
  7. The package quota will not be accumulated in the next month.
  8. The Main Quota can be used on all Telkomsel network (2G/3G/4G) all across Indonesia.
  9. The Local Quota can only be used in the city where you activate the package, available on 2G/3G/4G
  10. Entertainment Quota can be used to access MAXstream, MusicMAX, and
