Additional Information

The old Platinum, Platinum + EPL (Diamond), and SPOTV + BWF add-on packages were discontinued on IndiHome effective July 15, 2025.
Vidio Platinum users can upgrade to Vidio Platinum Extra or Vidio Ultimate packages.
Vidio Platinum Extra users can upgrade to the Vidio Ultimate package.
Vidio Ultimate users cannot purchase additional packages as it is the top-tier plan.
Existing Platinum users may upgrade to Vidio Promo Platinum Extra or Vidio Ultimate packages.
Existing Platinum + EPL users can upgrade to the Ultimate package.
Platinum + EPL will transition to Diamond. Diamond users will be restricted from EPL content and prompted to upgrade to Ultimate.
Customers can make purchases from additional STBs.
A single Vidio account supports up to four STBs per IndiHome number with one concurrent viewer.
To activate a fifth STB, users must use a separate Vidio account (new subscription required).
The Vidio app is compatible with Hybrid Boxes (STBs) running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow or higher, including ZTE B860H V1.1, B860H V2.1, B860 V5, B866F V1.1, Fiberhome HG680-P AOSP, and HG680FJ ATV.
In addition to STBs, Vidio OTT can be accessed via the Vidio app or web browser using the mobile number registered with IndiHome.
