What is Jelajah Nusantara?
Jelajah Nusantara is a travel journey game you can play on MyTelkomsel App. You will interact through MyTelkomsel App, take certain actions to continue your journey to explore Indonesia, and win attractive prizes along the way. Jelajah Nusantara takes users on a fun virtual journey across 56 cities, over a total of 24,500KM from Sabang to Merauke.
How do I collect KMs?
You can collect KMs/energy by doing certain activities with the following details:
The more transactions you make, the faster your journey progress. For every transaction worth Rp1,000, you will earn 5KM. E.g.:

What is the difference between Daily Missions, Targeted Missions, Daily Check-ups, and Boosters?
How can I proceed to the next city?
You need certain energy to continue to the next city. KM energy can be obtained by making transactions or by doing Daily Missions, Targeted Missions, and Daily Check-ups.
I pay my monthly postpaid bill but the KM is not credited to my account. What should I do?
For bill payment transactions, there’s an offline process of up to 72 hours to credit your KM. If you still haven't received it, please contact our Customer Service at 188.
I won a reward (e.g. internet quota) but it’s not credited to my account. What should I do?
Please make sure to activate the rewards in the “My Rewards” column first.
I won a voucher, but I lost the code. How can I see it?
You can wait for approximately 2-3 hours, then you can check again on the 'Prize' or 'Gifts' tab at the bottom.
I activated my Telkomsel Poin reward, but it’s not credited to my account.

What happens when I complete all cities?
This virtual journey will end in the 56th city, Merauke. After that, you can still access Jelajah Nusantara. You can still complete various in-game tasks (such as Daily Missions, etc.) and win KM, but will not be able to process further.
How do I know if I won a grand prize?
You will be notified through this web page (Jelajah Nusantara).
I completed the mission, but the status is still not completed. What should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service at 188 and mention your Telkomsel number. We will check it through our system.

My transaction is not a multiple of 1,000. For example: 3,200. How much KMs do I earn?
For every transaction worth Rp1,000, you will earn 5KM. So,if you make a Rp3,200 transaction, you will earn (3,200/1,000)*5 = 16KM. Or, if you make a Rp3,500 transaction, you will earn (3,500/1,000)*5 = 17,5KM will be rounded to 18KM.
