  1. Make sure you prepaid have enough credit or have paid your postpaid bill
  2. Select menu “Telkomsel Customer”
  3. Log in MSISDN & verification code (OTP) that will receive via SMS
  4. Select menu “Package Activation”
  5. Browse your favorite packages
  6. Confirm feature activation
  7. Re-input OTP to validate your data
  8. Feature & VAS were activated
