Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan are MyTelkomsel App features to avoid your credit being consumed or your bills being overcharged for non-package internet access. In other words, when a customer is not subscribed to an internet package or runs out of internet quota, the customer's credit will not be used for internet access.
Jaga Pulsa is a feature designed for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers and Jaga Tagihan is a feature designed for Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers.
All Telkomsel customers can activate Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan on MyTelkomsel App.

These features are newly added on the MyTelkomsel App, so there’s no activation or usage fee.
As long as the feature is active, you cannot access the internet if you don’t have a data package or internet quota. You can deactivate the Jaga Pulsa feature to access the internet using the credit you have.
