Dear Telkomsel customers,
Starting November 9, 2024, Telkomsel will implement an adjustment to the active period for PraBayar (prepaid) cards as follows:
- The active period from credit top-ups will be set to a maximum of 365 days.
- If the SIM card is not connected to the Telkomsel network for 90 consecutive days, the SIM card will enter a grace period, please top up credit/buy a package so that the SIM card can be reactivated.
- The active period from package purchases won’t accumulate, except when buying an Active Period Package.
- Telkomsel's Prepaid SIM card policy may change at any time. Updates will be provided on Telkomsel's official communication channels.
