Prepaid card’s active period adjustment

Dear Telkomsel customers,

Starting November 9, 2024, Telkomsel will implement an adjustment to the active period for PraBayar (prepaid) cards as follows:

  1. The active period from credit top-ups will be set to a maximum of 365 days.
  2. If the SIM card is not connected to the Telkomsel network for 90 consecutive days, the SIM card will enter a grace period, please top up credit/buy a package so that the SIM card can be reactivated.
  3. The active period from package purchases won’t accumulate, except when buying an Active Period Package.
  4. Telkomsel's Prepaid SIM card policy may change at any time. Updates will be provided on Telkomsel's official communication channels.
