You can manage the active period of your SIMPATI card with the following 6 ways:
- Credit top-up
Credit top-up can extend the card's active period according to the top-up amount with a maximum of 365 days. The active period will accumulate with a maximum of 365 days since the credit balance top-up. - Package purchase (internet, combo, voice, SMS)
- Purchasing a package extends the card’s active period, based on the validity period of the package.
- Purchasing a package in the grace period changes the card’s status to active and adds the active period according to the package's validity period.
- Purchasing a package does not extend the card’s active period cumulatively, the active period is based on the longest package validity period.
- Receive a package gift (internet, combo, voice, SMS)
- Receiving a data package extends the card’s active period, based on the validity period of the package.
- Receiving a data package in the grace period changes the card’s status to active and adds the active period according to the package's validity period.
- Receiving a data package does not extend the card’s active period cumulatively, the active period is based on the longest package validity period.
- Usage
If the customer does not top up or purchase a package, then the final evaluation carried out at the end of the active period is whether the customer has reached the minimum amount of credit usage. Purchasing a package or using credit in the form of telephone, SMS, and internet with a minimum rate of Rp1 using credit with a minimum usage of Rp1 will automatically extend the card's active period for 30 days starting from the end of the active period.

Purchasing an extension package extends the card’s active period cumulatively by a maximum of 365 days. If the card is not connected for 90 consecutive days, Telkomsel is entitled to deactivate your SIMPATI service.
