Customers will receive an internet speed upgrade for an affordable monthly fee, commensurate with the benefits of a faster and more stable connection to support their daily digital needs. In addition, customers will receive Telkomsel Poin (special Telkomsel loyalty points), which can be redeemed for various attractive offers, which can be found at this page.
How many special points can I receive?
Customers will receive a benefit once in the form of double points from the additional fee. Customers who agree to the speed upgrade and are willing to pay an additional billing fee of Rp10,000 will receive an additional 200 Telkomsel Poin. Meanwhile, customers who agree to the speed upgrade and are willing to pay an additional billing fee of Rp20,000 will receive an extra 400 Telkomsel Poin.
What are the criteria for customers to receive this offer?
Customers who receive this speed upgrade are those who subscribe to EZnet 10Mbps and IndiHome JITU 2 30Mbps packages.
When will this Speed Upgrade program take place?
Customers will receive this service speed upgrade in August 2025, while an additional monthly fee will apply to their September 2025 bill, depending on their confirmation and usage.
How do I get informed and confirm this program?
Customers will receive a notification via WhatsApp and email containing information about the speed upgrade and additional subscription fee. If you do not agree to the speed upgrade, you can select the "Disagree" button. Customers can respond until August 15, 2025. If there is no response by that date and you continue to use the service, a fee adjustment will be applied according to the applicable terms and conditions.
What if I do not agree to the speed upgrade?
If you do not wish to receive a speed upgrade, you can confirm this via WhatsApp and email before August 15, 2025. However, if after that there are customers who do not wish to receive a speed upgrade, customers can request an adjustment to the speed and subscription fee to the previous package via Call Center 188, e-care and GraPARI Telkomsel.
