#PastiAdaSolusi Campaign Demonstrates Concrete Commitment to Delivering Top Digital Solutions Across Business Sectors and Driving Impact for Indonesian Enterprises

 

Jakarta, 22 April 2025 — Telkomsel, through its B2B unit Telkomsel Enterprise, has received international recognition for its ongoing efforts to deliver best-in-class digital solutions for businesses in Indonesia. The company was awarded the prestigious Best PR Campaign: B2B at the PR Awards 2025, thanks to the success of its #PastiAdaSolusi campaign.

 

The award was announced during a ceremony hosted by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE at the Tower Ballroom, Shangri-La Hotel, Orchard, Singapore (11 April), where the #PastiAdaSolusi campaign was recognized by the judging panel as one of the most innovative and impactful B2B communications strategies in Southeast Asia.

 

This achievement further solidifies Telkomsel Enterprise’s position as a trusted partner in supporting digital transformation across various industry sectors in Indonesia. With a strategic, data-driven communications approach focused on providing practical, real-world solutions, Telkomsel continues to respond to the evolving needs and challenges of the business landscape.

 

As Telkomsel’s business unit serving the B2B segment, Telkomsel Enterprise faces various dynamic challenges—from intense competition in the B2B tech space to the need for scalable and flexible solutions across diverse industries, including those in rapidly growing tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

To address these challenges, the #PastiAdaSolusi campaign was launched in phases starting in 2023 and continues into 2025. The campaign consists of three stages—#PastiAdaSolusi, #PastiAdaSolusi Buat Langkah Berani ("Make a Bold Move"), and #PastiAdaSolusi Berani Jadi Lebih ("Dare to Be More")—each designed to showcase Telkomsel’s wide range of B2B solutions, highlight successful collaborations with leading enterprises, and demonstrate real impact on Indonesia’s business players.

 

In its third phase, Telkomsel Enterprise collaborated with major B2B clients such as BRI, Gojek, Samsung, and PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) to adopt data-driven, connectivity-based digital solutions aimed at boosting operational efficiency, system security, and service quality. This collaborative campaign was amplified across both offline and digital platforms. A testament to our collaborative efforts is the success story of PPA, which leverages the Private Network solution from Telkomsel Enterprise. This narrative is featured in the #PastiAdaSolusi Berani Jadi Lebih campaign, highlighting the tangible impact of significant operational productivity gains. 

 

The campaign has delivered significant outcomes, including increased brand visibility, strengthened stakeholder trust, and broader adoption of Telkomsel's digital solutions among national businesses. #PastiAdaSolusi has become a new benchmark in B2B public relations, seamlessly combining data-driven strategy with innovative storytelling to address real business challenges.
