  • The price for A Number pilot numbers (postpaid) does not include tax
  • The price for child B Number (postpaid & prepaid) numbers:
  1. If the number is prepaid, the price includes tax
  2. If the number is postpaid, the price does not include tax
     
Terms and conditions
  1. Package pricing will be charged based on the location of B Number. For example, if a customer sends a package to a B Number located in Jakarta, it will be charged at the Java denomination price, whereas if the B Number is in Kalimantan, it will be charged at the non-Java denomination price
  2. The Bulk Data Java Non-Java (JNJ) whitelist package uses reference label B2BJNJ50081 with whitelist reference label updates done every 30 days
  3. MSISDN numbers included in the whitelist cannot be changed for 30 (thirty) days. If a customer wishes to update/add whitelist MSISDNs within 30 days, they can attach a duly approved official letter from the GM Sales Regional Consumer.
  4. Bulk Data SDLV Java Non-Java packages can be used for loyalty and reward purposes for both external and internal use, in accordance with the Bulk Data service section's terms
  5. The use of Bulk Data PAYU Java and Non-Java (JNJ) packages requires a business case that includes the purpose of use, the customer's approved price, and any applicable discounts :
    • Bulk Data PAYU JNJ Whitelist: Business case approval by VP Sales.
    • Bulk Data PAYU JNJ Non-Whitelist: Business case approval by Director Sales.
  6. The discount scheme for Bulk Data PAYU Java and Non-Java (JNJ) Whitelist and non-Whitelist refers to the existing pricing guidelines or discount pricing policy in SAFORA (CRM-MEA). Discount requests are submitted by the sales team using a business case addressed to the Director Sales, submitted through SAFORA (CRM-MEA), and can be activated after approval by the relevant authority
  7. Pilot Bulk Data PAYU and Bulk Data PAYU Java and Non-Java (JNJ) denomination packages cannot be extended unless there is a problem with the Telkomsel system (MEPRO).
  8. New customers will be offered the Bulk Data PAYU Java and Non-Java (JNJ) Revamp. If there are customers who have existing contracts with Bulk Data PAYU Java and Non-Java (JNJ) packages, they can continue to use those prices until the contract period expires
