Unfortunately, yes, the website can update your personal data in its database. This is why we conduct regular checks. If we discover your personal data relisted, we will initiate the removal process on your behalf all over again.

While we will act in good faith and use reasonable efforts to remove your personal data from as many websites as possible, we cannot guarantee complete removal from every single entity on the internet. Our removal efforts span a wide range of websites, but there may be instances where certain websites refuse removal requests or develop new technologies or techniques preventing removal of personal data, or where new instances of your personal data emerge over time.
