How do I upgrade my EZnet Wireless package?
You can call 188 or visit the nearest GraPARI outlet.
Who is eligible to upgrade their EZnet Wireless Main Quota?
All EZnet Wireless customers who are currently subscribed to the 120GB/10Mbps package are eligible to upgrade to a higher quota package.
What does “throttle” mean on EZnet Wireless?
Throttle refers to a reduction in internet speed after the customer reaches the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) or when the Main Quota has been fully used. After reaching the FUP, the service can still be used, but at a lower speed in accordance with the package terms.
What is the difference between the new packages and the previous EZnet Wireless packages?
The main differences are the post‑FUP (throttle) speed and the Main Quota size:
New packages:
120GB Main Quota, up to 10Mbps speed, 1Mbps throttle
200GB Main Quota, up to 15Mbps speed, 1Mbps throttle
Previous packages: 120GB Main Quota, up to 10Mbps speed, 512Kbps throttle.
Why is this throttle improvement important for customers?
The 1Mbps throttle provides a higher post‑FUP speed compared to 512Kbps, allowing basic activities such as chatting, light browsing, and daily online usage to remain more comfortable even after the main quota has been exhausted.
Are there any requirements to upgrade?
Customers must settle any outstanding balance from the previous billing period (if applicable) before switching to a new package.
If I change my package in the middle of the month, how will my bill be calculated?
For example, if a customer changes their package on January 15, your previous package usage will be calculated pro-rate from January 1 – 15. The new package usage will be calculated pro-rate from January 15 – 30. As a result, the next billing statement will show a combined pro‑rated bill for both packages.
Can I move my EZnet Wireless service to a new home location?
No. You must continue using EZnet Wireless at the original registered address provided during the initial service registration.
Is there a waiting period for switching packages?
Yes. Customers can initiate another package change only after 30 days (one month) from the last upgrade or package transfer.
