• What is MyVoucher?

  

  MyVoucher is a benefit that is given in the form of a balance from purchasing a package on MyTelkomsel App.

  MyVoucher is offered from July 21 – August 6, 2023. Currently, we’re improving the service to offer a better experience of using MyVoucher, and the program will be released again soon.

• What are the benefits of MyVoucher?

  

  MyVoucher can be used to purchase packages only at MyTelkomsel App.

• How do I get MyVoucher?

  

  My Vouchers can be obtained from purchasing packages only on the MyTelkomsel App for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.

  • MyVoucher will be given to customers who have purchased packages on MyTelkomsel App.
  • MyVoucher in this program is not valid for credit purchases.
  • Package payments can be made using all payment options including e-wallets to get MyVoucher.
  • MyVoucher will AUTOMATICALLY be used for subsequent purchases only at MyTelkomsel App.
• How do I use MyVoucher?

  

  My Voucher can be used in your next package purchase if you purchase a package using credit balance payment method on the MyTelkomsel App. By using MyVoucher, it will automatically reduce the package price. MyVoucher can be used within the validity period.

  • MyVoucher is not a payment method so MyVoucher payment method will not appear on the payment page.
  • MyVoucher will automatically reduce the package price if you choose credit balance payment method and credit balance deduction will be made after the purchase process is successful, so you must have enough credit balance to purchase the package.
  • Make sure the customer has credit at least equal to the price of the package to be purchased because MyVoucher will deduct the total credit after the purchase process is successful.
  • MyVoucher will not be displayed when making a package purchase but will automatically reduce the amount of credit balance charged when the transaction is successful. E.g.: A customer gets 5,000 MyVoucher and buys an internet package for Rp20,000. When buying a package, the price stated remains Rp20,000 but after a successful package purchase, only Rp15,000 is deducted from credit balance and the remaining Rp5,000 will be deducted from MyVoucher.
• Do all packages get MyVoucher/can all package prices be reduced using MyVoucher?

  

  All non-bundling packages (except entertainment, corporate packages, vouchers) get MyVoucher and can be used to purchase Combo Sakti Internet packages with the credit payment method.

• How much MyVoucher does the customer receive for package purchases on MyTelkomsel?

• How is the simulation of using MyVoucher on MyTelkomsel App?

  
  When you buy an internet package worth Rp200,000, you’ll get MyVoucher balance worth 2,000. On the next few days, when you buy an internet package worth Rp20,000 using credit balance payment method, your credit will only be deducted by Rp18,000 because you have a Rp2,000 MyVoucher.
