What is active period, grace period, and validity period of SIMPATI number?

The active period of a card is the validity period of using Telkomsel's services on a prepaid number. When your card/number is active, you can access the internet, make phone calls, and send SMS. When the active period ends then your card is in the grace period.

The grace period is 30 days after the active period ends if there is no activity like credit top-ups or package purchases on a prepaid number. During the grace period, you can’t access the internet, make phone calls, or send SMS. When the grace period ends, the number, package, and credit will be expired and cannot be used even if you have a lot of remaining quota or balance.

The validity period is the time when the package quota can be used. Each package you buy has a validity period, for example 1 day, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days. Your package quota cannot be used if the validity period has expired.
