SIMPATI Seru 5G Package

The SIMPATI Seru 5G Package is an internet package consisting of All-Network Internet Quota and a dedicated 5G Quota that can be used on the Telkomsel network. Customers will also receive a 30-day Prime Video Mobile subscription and a 30-day WeTV VIP Mobile subscription.

The Seru 5G Package can be purchased at the nearest outlet (DigiPOS), the MyTelkomsel App, UMB *363*56#, Call Center, and telkomsel.com.

The Seru 5G Package is available to SIMPATI customers who meet the program criteria as per Telkomsel's policies.

The Main Internet Quota is the internet quota that can be used to access all applications and internet services on the Telkomsel network.

The 5G Quota is an internet quota that can only be used when customers are in a 5G network coverage area and using a device that supports 5G services.

Yes. The Seru 5G Package quota can be used nationwide on the Telkomsel network.

The Seru 5G Package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

You can purchase the Seru 5G Package more than once, subject to applicable terms and package availability.

Yes. The Seru 5G Package can be used as a gift for another number.

Customers will receive an SMS notification after the purchase transaction is successful.

1. Prime Video Mobile is a 30-day video streaming service offering a variety of films, TV shows, series, and documentaries from Hollywood, Korea, and Indonesia.
2. Prime Video Mobile can only be accessed through the app on mobile devices.
3. Customers are not charged to activate this service.
4. Access the service using the internet quota from the Main Package or other internet packages purchased.
5. To activate the Prime Video Mobile service, customers will receive an SMS from 97080 containing a unique link. And then, please follow these steps:
   • Open the link.
   • Fill in your details and register for new customers or select "Already have an account" for existing customers.
   • If successful, customers will receive an SMS notification that the Prime Video Mobile service is active.
   • To start watching, press the "Start Watching" button or open the Prime Video app.
   • If a customer activates their account using the Telkomsel number used to purchase the package as their username, they will receive an SMS from Amazon stating that the service has been activated, and they can log in using that number.
   • If a customer activates their account using their email address as their username, they will receive an SMS from Amazon stating that the service has been activated, and they can log in using that email address.
6. Customers can access all Prime Video content.
7. Benefits are valid from the first time the customer activates the Prime Video Mobile service for 30 days.
8. Benefits will expire if the customer does not activate Prime Video Mobile within 30 days of purchasing the package from Telkomsel.
    
9. Telkomsel reserves the right to update the service at any time, including changes and adjustments to the types of services, benefits, and/or other derivative services included in the service, including discontinuing use of the service, based on considerations such as, but not limited to: (i) the end of the partnership between Telkomsel and Perplexity; (ii) as determined, requested, ordered, or instructed by laws and regulations or authorized parties; (iii) is no longer in line with current developments and technology; (iv) is no longer in use and will be transferred to a similar service; and (v) other considerations acceptable to Telkomsel.
10. If there is a renewal or termination of service mid-term, prior notification will be provided via Telkomsel's official communication channels (website, SMS, and email), while still taking into account your rights as a consumer.

2. This service can be accessed through an application on a mobile device.
3. Customers are not charged to activate this service.
4. Access the service using the internet quota from the Main Package or other internet packages purchased.
5. To activate WeTV VIP, customers will receive an SMS from 92200 containing a unique link. And then, please follow these steps:
   • Open the link.
   • Select login using your mobile number.
   • Enter the Telkomsel number used to purchase the package.
   • Enter the OTP code sent from WeTV.
   • Enter your password for account security.
   • Customers can now access all WeTV VIP content.
6. Benefits are valid since customers activate WeTV VIP/30 days for the first time.
7. Benefits will expire if customers do not activate WeTV VIP within 30 days of purchasing the package from Telkomsel.
8. Telkomsel reserves the right to update the service at any time, including changes and adjustments to the types of services, benefits, and/or other derivative services included in the service, including discontinuing use of the service, based on considerations such as, but not limited to: (i) the end of the partnership between Telkomsel and Perplexity; (ii) stipulated, requested, ordered, or instructed by laws and regulations or authorized parties; (iii) no longer in line with current developments and technology; (iv) no longer in use and will be transferred to a similar service; and (v) other considerations acceptable to Telkomsel.
9. If a service update or termination occurs mid-term, prior notification will be given via Telkomsel's official communication channels (website, SMS, and email), while still taking into account your rights as a consumer.

Some possible causes:

• The customer number does not meet the program criteria.
• The package is not available for the customer number.
• There is a temporary system problem. • The customer is outside the program's offering area.

Once the package quota is used up, the customer will be charged according to the applicable rates.
