It is part of the SIMPATI Trip initiative, offering customers the chance to win a trip to Tokyo, Japan. Winners are determined through a "racing" mechanism based on the total purchase value of qualifying packages. 

Purchase Super Seru packages and afer that, you must register via the form (tsel.id/formserutrip) sent through SMS and provide consent to participate in the SIMPATI Trip program. You will need to enter the required personal information—including passport details—and agree to the applicable terms and conditions before joining the program.

The Super Seru monthly packages, starting from Rp37,000 with a 28-day validity period, where every Rp1,000 spent earns you 1 coupon.

The package purchase period for this program runs from Monday, October 26, 2026 (at 00:00 Western Indonesia Time) to Thursday, December 31, 2026 (at 23:59 Western Indonesia Time).

The program is open to all Telkomsel SIMPATI (prepaid) customers in Indonesia who purchase specific data packages through official Telkomsel channels and register via this form: tsel.id/formserutrip.

The Super Seru package can be purchased via the MyTelkomsel App, Direct Code, or resellers (DigiPOS). Purchases made through the Gifting mechanism do not qualify for this program and will not be counted toward earning coupons.

• You can participate in the program by purchasing the designated packages (the "Pasti SIMPATI" packages) during the program period.
• You must fill the registration form sent via SMS (tsel.id/formserutrip). You just need to fill the form once. If you repurchase more packages and receive the form link via SMS again, you can ignore it.
• Every purchase worth Rp1,000 will be converted into 1 coupon. Your total transactions will be converted into total coupons that will determine your position in the leaderboard.
• Customer registration data will be validated to ensure that the requirements for participating in the race and appearing on the leaderboard are met.

The leaderboard can be accessed at tsel.id/klasementrip throughout the program period. Only customers who have completed the registration form and met the program requirements will be displayed on the leaderboard. The leaderboard positions are updated periodically. The winners will be the 10 customers with the highest number of accumulated coupons—earned through the purchase of eligible packages—as shown on the program leaderboard at the end of the period. The more coupons a customer collects, the higher their position on the leaderboard, and the greater their chances of winning a prize corresponding to their rank. There are no costs for customers to receive their prizes. The organizer’s decision regarding the selection of winners by region is final and cannot be contested. Customers have the chance to win a trip to Japan (Tokyo) for 6 days and 5 nights, with an itinerary determined by the SERU Trip team, in accordance with the program terms and the final rankings on the leaderboard.

Yes. Winners who receive an overseas trip as a prize are required to have a passport. During the winner confirmation stage, if a winner does not possess a passport, Telkomsel may replace them with another participant who meets the requirements and holds a passport, in accordance with the applicable program terms and conditions.

Winners will be announced on January 5, 2027 via channels designated by Telkomsel. 

Yes. Customers may purchase packages included in the Pasti Trip (Malaysia and Komodo) program multiple times during the program period, provided the packages remain available. Every qualifying transaction will count toward the accumulation of coupons. 

No. Winners are determined based on the total number of coupons collected and the customer's final position on the leaderboard, in accordance with the program's terms and conditions. 

Customers can confirm a successful purchase via an SMS notification from Telkomsel. Package status and remaining quota can also be checked through the MyTelkomsel App or by using the quota-check menu via *888#.

4. Customers must complete the registration form by providing the requested personal information, including passport details, and must consent to participate in the program while agreeing to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
5. The packages eligible for this program are the following Pasti SIMPATI packages:

      1. Pasti SIMPATI 70K: 70 coupons.

6. Only package purchases made during the program period via the MyTelkomsel App, UMB (USSD menu), or DigiPOS are eligible for the program. Purchases made via the "send gift" mechanism do not count toward the program.
7. The total value of eligible package purchases will be converted into coupons based on a mechanism determined by Telkomsel. The number of coupons collected will determine a customer's position on the leaderboard.
8. Winners are determined based on the number of coupons collected, verification of passport ownership, and fulfillment of the program requirements.
9. The 10 participants with the highest number of coupons who possess a passport and meet the program requirements are eligible to win a trip to Malaysia. Participants selected to win the trip to Malaysia must hold a valid passport and provide the necessary information via tsel.id/formpastitrip no later than December 31, 2026.
10. Participants who have a higher number of coupons but do not possess a passport are not eligible to win the trip to Malaysia.
11. The 10 participants who meet the program criteria for the Komodo Island category will receive a trip to Komodo Island, subject to the final winner selection process.
12. The final selection of winners will take place following a verification process by Telkomsel and in accordance with all applicable program Terms and Conditions.
13. Every eligible package purchase will count toward the accumulation of coupons. Customers may make multiple purchases throughout the program period, provided that the packages remain available.
14. Customer data from registered participants will undergo a validation process before being displayed on the leaderboard. Only customers who meet the program requirements and have completed the registration process will appear on the leaderboard.
15. The leaderboard can be accessed at tsel.id/klasementrip and is updated periodically. The final position on the leaderboard will be used to determine the winners in accordance with the program Terms and Conditions.
16. Program prizes are awarded based on the final leaderboard rankings as follows:
    1. Ranks 1–10: A trip to Malaysia.
    2. Ranks 11–20: A trip to Komodo Island.
17. Purchasing higher-value packages or making a greater number of transactions does not guarantee a win. Winners are determined based on the total number of coupons collected, their final position on the leaderboard, and fulfillment of all registration and verification requirements.
18. Winners of trips abroad must possess a valid passport and meet all applicable travel requirements. If a winner does not have a passport at the time of winner confirmation, Telkomsel reserves the right to replace them with another participant who meets the program requirements and holds a valid passport.

3. The program is open to SIMPATI customers who meet the eligibility requirements and have registered via the official form at tsel.id/formserutrip.  
4. Customers must complete the registration form with the required personal information—including passport details—and provide their consent to participate in the program, as well as agree to the applicable terms and conditions. 
5. Eligible purchases include Super Seru monthly packages, starting from Rp37,000, with a conversion rate of 1 coupon for every Rp1,000 spent. 
6. Only package purchases made during the program period via the MyTelkomsel App, UMB (USSD menu), or DigiPOS are counted toward the program. Purchases made via the "Gift" (sending a package to another user) feature are excluded. 
7. The total value of eligible package purchases will be converted into coupons according to the mechanism established by Telkomsel. The number of coupons accumulated determines a customer's position on the leaderboard.
