ProtekSi Kecil

Welcome to the ProtekSi Kecil service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). The Service is a means that functions as protection that can be used by supervisors (in this case Parents/Guardians) for supervised numbers (in this case Children) to:

1. Provide protection for children's internet access from internet sites/websites that are indicated or considered dangerous (including but not limited to phishing, malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, worms, spyware, pornography, violence and gambling or other internet sites/websites determined by the supervisor through the dashboard that has been provided based on the domain name of an internet site/website;
2. Set a usage schedule through the Quite Time feature (a period of time determined as time without internet access) or stop children's internet access based on the duration determined by the parents; and/or
3. Get a report on sites accessed by children that fall into the category blocked by parents.

These Terms of Use are the basis for organizing the Service. As a User, you are required to read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Use. By agreeing to these Terms of Use and registering and/or using the ProtekSi Kecil Service, the User also agrees and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions for Use of Telkomsel Products.

These Terms of Use may be changed and/or updated from time to time. You are encouraged to read carefully and check this Terms of Use page periodically for changes (if any).

1. You are the Parent/Guardian of the Service user.
2. Before using and obtaining the Service, you must agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and register yourself by providing the information required by the Service.
3. Telkomsel recommends that you first notify your child regarding the participation of the child's mobile number or registration for this service with your child before using and activating the Service;
4. When you pair with your child's mobile number, Telkomsel will send a link via SMS to the child's number that can be accessed to provide consent regarding the activation of the Service on their device. By clicking on the button, you and your child agree to the applicable terms and conditions and will not sue Telkomsel regarding the activation of the Service.
5. You guarantee that the data you enter regarding the use of the Service is correct. You are fully responsible for every activity you do on the Service. Telkomsel is not responsible for any misuse by you and/or third parties as a direct or indirect result of the use of the Service.
6. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, email, or one-time password (OTP) verification code for your account for all activities carried out through this Service, including, but not limited to, any risks and/or losses that arise as a result of misuse of your account by a third party. Telkomsel has the right to assume that your access to the Service, including the use of your account and password, is access carried out by you legally. You hereby release Telkomsel from all claims that may arise in any form and from any party.
7. You agree to log out at the end of each session of using the application Service and notify Telkomsel if there is any misuse or unauthorized use of your Service and/or password.
8. You state that Telkomsel is not responsible for any losses or obstacles arising from misuse of the Service caused by your negligence, including, but not limited to, providing access to the Service to other parties, accessing links or links provided by other parties, providing or showing usernames, passwords, emails, or OTPs to other parties, or other negligence that results in losses or obstacles to the Service.
9. You understand and agree that in order to use the OTP security facility sent via Short Message Service (if any), the relevant service provider may at any time charge you a fee of a certain amount according to the policies of each service provider used by you.
10. You are prohibited from creating and/or using devices, software, features, and/or other tools to manipulate the available Services, including, but not limited to: (i) Manipulation of user data; (ii) Spamming activities; (iii) Manipulation of content engagement; (vi) Other activities that can be reasonably considered as acts of system manipulation.
11. Telkomsel has the authority to take action deemed necessary for any alleged violation of the Terms of Use and/or applicable laws without prior notification to you. Actions that can be taken include, but are not limited to, terminating the Service and/or other actions in accordance with applicable laws.

If the Service has been activated and set by you, the Service will prevent children from accessing internet sites/websites that fall into the indicated or considered dangerous category by blocking the network.

If there is an internet site/website that is not registered in the indicated or considered dangerous category, but you want to limit your child's access to the internet site/website, you can manually make settings related to the internet site/website that cannot be accessed by children. You can determine whether access to the internet site/website is blocked permanently or only for a period of time that you have determined.

The Service cannot protect children if the following conditions occur:

1. Children access the internet site/website using Wi-Fi or not on the Telkomsel cellular telecommunications network.
2. Children get cyber-attacked when accessing internet sites/websites that are not indicated as dangerous internet sites/websites.
3. Children access internet sites/websites when traveling outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
4. Children use Virtual Proxy Network (VPN) or other similar services.

Payment can be made after you as the service user agree to the Service Agreement displayed at the time of purchase on MyTelkomsel and please read it carefully. Children or other parties that you register also need to provide Service activation approval for themselves before the Service can be used. If you and your child do not agree to the Service Agreement, then you cannot use the Service.

Please note when you use the Service that there may be various links to other websites provided for your convenience. Telkomsel in this case is not responsible for the personal information management policies on these sites. This policy is only intended and applied to Telkomsel Services. Telkomsel strongly recommends that you always view and study the personal information management policies on these sites before providing your personal information.

The confidentiality of your Personal Information is of utmost importance to Telkomsel. Telkomsel will make the best efforts to protect and secure your data and Personal Information from unauthorized access, collection, processing, analysis, storage, disclosure, correction and deletion by unauthorized persons. You acknowledge that Telkomsel cannot guarantee the integrity and accuracy of any Personal Information that you submit through the Service or guarantee that such personal information will not be intercepted, accessed, disclosed, changed or destroyed by other unauthorized third parties, due to factors beyond Telkomsel's control. In the event of illegal access and activities to the confidentiality of your Personal Information and beyond Telkomsel's control resulting from unauthorized access by other parties to your device, Telkomsel will notify you at the first opportunity so that you can reduce the risks arising from this.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including username, password, email or OTP with anyone and must always maintain and be responsible for the security of the device you use.

While using this Service, you or any other related third party are prohibited from using this Service in the following cases:

1. Unlawful activities and violations of applicable laws: Activities that are contrary to provisions or regulations, including but not limited to laws on confidentiality of communications and wiretapping.
2. Security violations: Use that violates the security or integrity of networks, computers or communication systems, software applications or network or computing devices.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be in any way related to the Services and/or these Terms of Use shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia.

This Privacy Policy explains how we, PT Telekomunikasi Selular ("Telkomsel"), process data, including the collection, processing, analysis, storage, disclosure, correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data of users on the ProtekSi Kecil Platform, which is a service that can be used by parents to manage and monitor their children's online activities to keep them safe.
2. Please note when you use the Service that there may be various links to other websites provided for your convenience. Telkomsel in this case is not responsible for the personal information management policies on these sites. This policy is only intended and applied to Telkomsel Services. Telkomsel strongly recommends that you always view and study the personal information management policies on these sites before providing your personal information.

The following personal information is collected in connection with the Service:

1. Information you provide directly. Some features of the Service allow you to provide information directly to us, where the data is needed by Telkomsel to provide the Service including:
   1. Child's name;
   2. Child's cellphone number;
   3. Child's year of birth;
   4. List of sites/websites accessed by children.
2. Browsing data on information collected when you use the Services. Information relating to your data includes but is not limited to:
   1. Data contained in the device (unique device ID, type of mobile network connection, provider, network and device performance, browser type, language, information that enables digital rights management and operating system);
   2. Mobile device location data;
   3. IP Address Data.
3. In addition to the information you provide, we will collect information about your use of our Services through the software on your device and/or by other means. We will collect:
   1. Service usage information: your interactions with the Services (such as search terms, applications, and features you use), date and time of use of the Services, Service usage information.
   2. Device and Log Information, such as mobile phone numbers and transaction data to validate transactions.
4. The policy for collecting, processing, analyzing, storing, disclosing, correcting and deleting personal data contained in the General Privacy Policy for Telkomsel Services is an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and registering and/or using the ProtekSi Kecil Service, the User also agrees and is subject to the General Privacy Policy for Telkomsel Services.

We have the purpose of collecting and processing Information Data as described above, while still considering the consent you provide for each purpose, as follows;

1. Organizing Services, evaluating, and developing features on the ProtekSi Kecil Service from time to time;
2. We use it when we need to contact you about product promotions and ProtekSi Kecil Platform Services (unless you unsubscribe) or to provide you with account and transaction information and updates. Although you cannot unsubscribe from these notifications, we try to contact you only when necessary.
3. Conducting surveys and analysis needed to improve the Service;
4. Sending information and prizes from promotional activities and events;
5. Processing payments and billing when users purchase products and/or services and/or use paid Services;
6. Identifying and proving yourself so that you can use certain Services;
7. Respond to your inquiries and send important notifications to users when necessary; and
8. To be connected to, and stored in, our data centers, our Affiliated Companies and/or other parties subject to data retention agreements with us for the period and as required by applicable regulations;
9. To be processed by us, our Affiliated Companies and/or other parties subject to data management collaboration agreements with us for the benefit of Information Data utilization activities to improve the quality of our services and/or our Affiliated Companies, including based on your experience, expanding our business activities and/or our Affiliated Companies and increasing the value of the company.

Information Data collected by Telkomsel may be disclosed to the government, or other authorized parties based on a legitimate legal basis, in conditions/purposes including:

1. Service providers. We may provide your information to companies that provide Services on our behalf, such as companies that help us develop and operate systems for Services with customer contact centers, as well as customer service activities, advertising (including special advertising on our website, third-party websites, or online platforms), conducting customer satisfaction surveys, billing, or sending emails on our behalf. This is limited by contractual provisions in their ability to use your information for purposes other than providing the Services to us.
2. To comply with the law or support law enforcement processes (such as search warrants or other court orders);
3. To collaborate with our partners and Affiliated companies to improve your experience on the Services, which will only be carried out in accordance with the processing purposes as previously stated, or to protect your interests, and subject to a data management collaboration agreement with us;
4. The occurrence of a merger, sale of company assets, consolidation, or restructuring, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business by and/or to another company, for the purposes of such transaction. This action is protected by a confidentiality agreement between us and the relevant third party;
5. Other parties with your consent or at your request. In addition to the sharing of information described in this Privacy Policy, we may share your information with third parties if you separately agree or request the sharing of such information;
6. To carry out activities as described in the Purpose of Data Collection and Processing section.

1. From time to time, Telkomsel may implement "cookies" or other features to allow Telkomsel to collect or share information that will help us improve the ProtekSi Kecil Platform, or help Telkomsel offer new services and features. A "cookie" is an identifier that Telkomsel transfers to your computer or mobile device that allows Telkomsel to recognize your computer or device and tell us how and when the ProtekSi Kecil Platform is used or visited, by how many people, and to track activities within the ProtekSi Kecil Platform. Telkomsel may link cookie information to personal data. Cookies are also linked to information about what items you have selected for the pages and purchases you have viewed. This information is also used to track your shopping cart, for example. Cookies are also used to deliver content specific to your interests and to monitor the use of our Platform.
2. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you will not be able to use the full functionality of the ProtekSi Kecil Platform.

After downloading the application and/or using the ProtekSi Kecil Platform, you will be asked for consent from each of your mobile devices to access certain data. Without such consent, you do not directly grant access to the ProtekSi Kecil Platform to collect and use your personal data on its devices. You also have the right to access and change your personal data through the settings feature in the ProtekSi Kecil application.

If you feel that there is an error or mistake in your personal data, you have the right to correct the data by providing adequate proof of identity. No exception, ProtekSi Kecil can reject your data correction request if your identity proof is inadequate or incorrect in accordance with applicable laws. On the other hand, you also have the right to withdraw the consent that has been given when you first used the ProtekSi Kecil Platform service, after which the ProtekSi Kecil Platform can no longer process your personal data, unless required by applicable laws and regulations.
