How to activate ProtekSi Kecil
  1. Open MyTelkomsel App, then click the "Shop” menu.
  2. Select the Internet category.
  3. Select the ProtekSi Kecil Package then click “Buy Now”.
  4. You will receive an SMS notification from 3636, confirming that the package is active.
  5. Open the link sent via SMS from 97000 to access the ProtekSi Kecil dashboard.
  6. Enter the child's information in the “Tambah Data Anak” (Add Child Data) menu.
  7. Enter the OTP sent via SMS.
  8. Next, you will enter the confirmation page of the child's consent. At this stage, an SMS for consent to use the service will be sent to the child's number.
  9. On the child's device, open the link sent from 97000 to approve the service activation on the child's number. This process can be done by checking the consent statement and pressing the “Confirm” button.
  10. After the child agrees, parents can set the child's device's internet access on the “Manage Internet Activity” button.
  11. Parents can unpair and unsubscribe from the service via the ProtekSi Kecil dashboard.
