Visit this SIMPATI Submission page to submit your request online.

Complete payment

Pay your outstanding bill from the previous month (if any) and current usage.

In 1x24 hours, your card will switch back to SIMPATI. Register your card via SMS.

Your number must not begin with 0811- and you must have previously switched from SIMPATI to postpaid mode.
The requested number is neither a child or a parent number. Thus, the number you request to be switched into SIMPATI mode does not bear any bill from another postpaid customer or its bill is not being paid by another postpaid customer.
Main package is not Halo Contract.
Already received the 1st postpaid bill after migrating to Telkomsel Halo. Please wait until the 1st postpaid bill comes out to submit the process back to SIMPATI.
Customer shall abide to the regulation that 1 ID Number can only be registered for a maximum of 3 SIMPATI cards.
Pay last month outstanding bill (if any) and current usage. You can check your current usage on MyTelkomsel App or by accessing *888#.
Agree to pay any late bill that has not included yet in your current usage such as International Roaming charge.
Agree to wait a maximum of 1x24 hours after payment. Your card cannot be used at all during the period.
Do not make any purchase and do not upgrade your limit once the request is made.
The quota in your postpaid mode will be removed and will not be carried over to SIMPATI mode.
If the requested number has Kuota Keluarga, it can no longer use it. However, other Kuota Keluarga members can still use it until the validity period ends.
