How to subscribe & use OWDI

How to subscribe & use OWDI

Activate OWDI via website:

  • OWDI is available to all Telkomsel customers using Android or iOS smartphones.
  • To use the service, users must grant the following permission in their device settings: Allow Microphone.
  • Customers can purchase the OWDI premium service (standalone or bundled) using Telkomsel prepaid credit, postpaid billing, or e-wallet services.
  • Subscription purchases can be made via the website https://owdi.live for standalone subscriptions.
  • Customers will be subscribed for 360 days, and the prepaid balance/postpaid credit will be deducted based on the selected subscription period (3 days/ 7 days/30 days).
  • If the prepaid balance is insufficient or unavailable, no deduction will occur. However, deductions will resume in the following subscription period (3 days/7 days/30 days).

Or, you can also activate OWDI via SMS:

  • Type REG OWDI1 (or other package codes).
  • Send SMS to 96161 to subscribe.
How to unsubscribe from OWDI

Unsubscribe your service Via OWDI website:

  • Log in to https://owdi.live.
  • Enter your Telkomsel number (MSISDN).
  • Enter the OTP sent to your device.
  • Tap the burger menu (≡) on the top left.
  • Select the settings icon next to your name and MSISDN.
  • Tap “Unsubscribe”.
  • Confirm cancellation.

Or, unsubscribe via SMS:

  • Type 'UNREG OWDI1' (or other package codes) and
  • Send it to 96161 via SMS to unsubscribe.
