Optimize Your Digital Connectivity

This migration program involves switching or upgrading your home internet from wireless (Orbit Rental and EZnet Wireless) to fiber (IndiHome). Selected customers will receive a free installation promotion. 

Customers are required to pay their current monthly Orbit or EZnet Wireless Internet bill after the IndiHome installation is complete. The Telkomsel verification team will contact you again to send you the previous internet bill and assist with the process of terminating your wireless internet service. 

All Orbit Rental and EZnet Wireless customers can migrate to fiber if a fiber optic network is available at their location. If you are a selected customer, you can receive free installation services. 

Customers can upgrade to fiber (IndiHome) and choose a package according to the information provided by the Telkomsel verification team. The Telkomsel team will inform customers about the IndiHome package options they can choose from by phone. 

Currently, only selected customers can migrate to IndiHome using the free installation promotion. If you wish to migrate to IndiHome without using the promotion, you can contact the Call Center at 188 for further details. 

If you receive a free IndiHome installation promotion via WhatsApp, click YES, and a Telkomsel verification team will contact you immediately. Then, during the IndiHome installation, show the promotion received via WhatsApp to the technician who comes. 

Customers are required to remain at their current home address, as registered during their initial wireless service registration. 

• You will be contacted by the Telkomsel team to verify the termination of your Orbit or EZnet Wireless internet service. 
• You will be sent a prorated bill for the remaining usage of your wireless internet service for the current month. 
• You are required to pay the prorated bill for your wireless internet service. 
• Once the prorated bill is paid, Telkomsel will send a technician to pick up your wireless device at your home. 
• You will receive a prorated bill for your IndiHome service at the beginning of the following month with your new IndiHome number. 
• You will no longer receive a bill for your wireless internet service once the prorated bill for your Orbit or EZnet Wireless bill has been paid and the modem termination process has been completed. 

The Telkomsel Verification Team will contact you again after your IndiHome service is successfully installed. Telkomsel will send you an outstanding prorated bill for your wireless internet usage for the current month and assist you with the termination process. Afterward, customers are required to pay the bill, and a technician will return to their home to assist with the removal of the Orbit or EZnet Wireless modem.
