You will enjoy an internet speed upgrade with an affordable additional monthly fee, proportional to the benefits of a faster and more stable connection to support daily digital needs. You can receive a one-time benefit of double Telkomsel Poin based on the applicable additional fee. 

• An additional fee of Rp10,000 will earn an extra 100 Telkomsel Poin. 
• An additional fee of Rp10,000 will earn an extra 200 Telkomsel Poin. 
• An additional fee of Rp15,000 will earn an extra 300 Telkomsel Poin. 
• An additional fee of Rp20,000 will earn an extra 400 Telkomsel Poin. 
• An additional fee of Rp25,000 will earn an extra 500 Telkomsel Poin. 
• An additional fee of Rp30,000 will earn an extra 600 Telkomsel Poin. 

Customers eligible for this speed upgrade are those subscribed to IndiHome packages with speeds of 30 – 100Mbps.

The speed upgrade can be enjoyed starting December 2025, while the additional monthly fee will apply to the January 2026 bill according to customer confirmation and usage. 

You will receive a WhatsApp notification containing information about the speed upgrade and the additional subscription fee. If you do not wish to receive the upgrade, you can select the “Disagree” button. You can respond until December 15, 2025. If there is no response by that date and you continue using the service, the fee adjustment will apply according to the applicable Terms and Conditions. 

If you do not wish to receive a speed upgrade, you can confirm this via WhatsApp and email before December 15, 2025. However, if you still do not wish to receive a speed upgrade, you can request to revert to your previous speed and subscription fee through Call Center 188, e-care, or GraPARI Telkomsel.
