What is the Internet Speed Upgrade program?

A faster internet connection provides a smoother and more efficient online experience, while also being part of a shared effort to advance digital services in Indonesia.

How many Telkomsel Poin can I receive?
You can receive a one-time benefit of double Telkomsel Poin based on the applicable additional fee.
Who is eligible for this offer?
Customers eligible for this speed upgrade are those subscribed to IndiHome packages with speeds of 20 – 50Mbps.
When does this speed upgrade program take place?
Customers will receive this speed upgrade service in October 2025, while an additional monthly fee will apply to their November 2025 bill, depending on their confirmation and usage.
How do I get informed and confirm this program?
You will receive a notification via WhatsApp containing details of the speed upgrade and the additional subscription fee. If customers do not wish to receive the upgrade, they may select the “Disagree” option. Customers can respond until October 15, 2025. If no response is received by that date and the customer continues to use the service, the fee adjustment will be applied in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
What if I do not agree to the speed upgrade?
If you do not wish to receive a speed upgrade, you can confirm this via WhatsApp and email before August 15, 2025. However, if after that there are customers who do not wish to receive a speed upgrade, customers can request an adjustment to the speed and subscription fee to the previous package via Call Center 188, e-care and GraPARI Telkomsel.
