What is the Internet Speed Upgrade Program?
This program offers IndiHome customers the opportunity to upgrade their internet speed to enjoy a faster connection to support their daily digital activities. A faster internet connection provides a smoother and more stable internet experience. In addition to increased speed, customers can receive additional benefits in the form of the IndiHome TV app and/or other video streaming services, including CATCHPLAY+, Prime Video, and Vidio Platinum Lite.
What will change from the current customer service?
The main customer service package will change from the current package and speed to a new package with higher speeds of customer choice.
What benefits can I receive from this program?
In addition to increased speed, you can receive additional benefits in the form of the IndiHome TV app and/or other video streaming services, including CATCHPLAY+, Prime Video, and Vidio Platinum Lite, depending on the package you choose.
When does this program run?
This program runs from June 16 to December 31, 2025.
How much additional fees will I have to pay?
The additional fees for this speed upgrade depend on their current total bill and the package you choose. The fee ranges from Rp5,000 to Rp150,000 (excluding tax).
When will the additional fee be applied?
If you have agreed to this speed increase, the additional fee will begin to be charged the following month. The additional fee will be part of the monthly bill as long as the new package is active and no changes are made at the customer's request.
Who are eligible for this offer?
Customers who receive a message via the official IndiHome WhatsApp during the program period are eligible to get this offer.
How do I confirm my agreement to this offer?
You can state your agreement/interest in this offer by responding "Agree" to the WhatsApp offer from IndiHome. By responding to the offer, you will be contacted by an IndiHome agent who will assist with the further process throughout the program.
What if I want to return to the previous package after agreeing to this offer?
You can request speed adjustments and subscription fees to the previous package via Call Center 188, e-care, and GraPARI Telkomsel.
