The deposit scheme applies to new customers subscribing to IndiHome, EZnet, and Telkomsel One packages starting April 1, 2026.
The deposit scheme applies to registrations via GraPARI and Sales Force.
Customers are required to pay a deposit fee at the start of their subscription, consisting of a deposit based on the package price and VAT.
Customers must pay the deposit after the service has been installed by a technician, so that the service can be activated and enjoyed.
