What is the difference between IndiHome SMART and other smart home products? What’s the benefits?
Most smart home products on the market are offered as standalone devices. In contrast, IndiHome SMART is a managed service integrated into the IndiHome ecosystem and billing, managed by Telkomsel.
As a managed service solution, IndiHome SMART provides device guarantee and free device upgrade after two years, and is inclusive of cloud storage, all within a monthly subscription model.
What solutions does IndiHome SMART offer?
Currently, the solution offered by IndiHome SMART is a security solution. In the future, it will be further expanded based on customer needs.
How do I subscribe to IndiHome SMART?
Customers can register for the service through the MyTelkomsel App, customer service at Telkomsel GraPARI, or Telkomsel Call Center 188.
Which locations are served by IndiHome SMART?
IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera is currently available nationwide. Installation is carried out independently by the customer.
How do I pay my IndiHome SMART bill?
IndiHome SMART is an add-on that is attached to your monthly IndiHome bill, so just pay your monthly bill as you normally would, and you should see IndiHome SMART as a line item.

Is the camera installation free of charge?
Yes, free shipping for the device is included in the service. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on location. Installation is performed independently by the customer.
How much does the IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera subscription cost?
The price for the IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera Add-on is Rp50,000 per camera, including free delivery/installation. The price above does not include VAT.
Who is eligible to subscribe to the IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera Add-On?
All IndiHome customers are eligible to subscribe to this add-on. Nevertheless, we recommend customers whose IndiHome plan is above 30Mbps for an optimal experience.
Is there a minimum contract period?
IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera service subscription contract for all packages is valid for a minimum of 24 months after the service is active. If the customer decides to stop subscribing before the contract period ends, or the device is lost, a fine of Rp500,000 will be imposed.

Does this device come with a warranty?
Yes, Telkomsel provides a device warranty during the subscription period. Damaged devices will be replaced free of charge unless the damage is caused by the customer. Examples of damage not covered by the warranty include: Damage caused by placing the indoor camera outdoors, water damage or signs of liquid exposure, or large cracks or breaks in the camera. If the device is declared out of warranty coverage, the customer may be charged a replacement fee of Rp250,000.
How do I unsubscribe from IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera add-on?
If you wish to unsubscribe from IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera, you will need to visit GraPARI and return the camera device.
Can the camera be shifted to a different home?
The IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera integrated with IndiHome services can be transferred along with the service if the customer moves home.
What's the solution if the camera won't connect to Wi-Fi?
Try resetting your Wi-Fi router and make sure your Wi-Fi is set to the 2.4GHz frequency, not 5GHz. If this doesn't work, the connection won't work. If it still doesn't work, please call 188.
Is there a maximum number of smart camera subscriptions per IndiHome number?
Yes, one IndiHome number can subscribe to a maximum of five camera devices.

Prices do not include VAT but include shipping fees.
The IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera service is currently available nationwide. Installation is carried out independently by the customer. Delivery and after-sales follow-up will be carried out by Telkomsel partners:
For the entire national areas: Device delivery is available as part of the service. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on location.
Customers are required to fill in the delivery address on the attached form, which was received from the IndiHome SMART official WhatsApp. The device will be delivered after the form is completed and submitted to us.
This service fee will be charged immediately upon confirmation of a successful order, and there is no pro-rate charge for the first month of the subscription.
IndiHome SMART service bills are paid along with your monthly IndiHome bill and will automatically be renewed each month.
Orders cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped.

Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the service if the terms and conditions are not met (for example, the destination address is not in Greater Jakarta).
Telkomsel is not responsible for the content of any recordings made or processed by the customer's camera. The camera content is entirely the customer's responsibility.
The maximum number of IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera subscriptions is 5 devices for each IndiHome service.
Customers are required to subscribe for 24 months. If a customer decides to cancel their subscription before the contract expires, or if their device is lost, a fine of Rp500,000 will be imposed.
Telkomsel provides a Smart Indoor Camera device for the duration of the IndiHome SMART Add-on subscription. Customers are required to return the device to GraPARI upon termination.
