Jakarta, August 21, 2025 – Telkomsel has once again hosted Solution Day 2025, an annual collaborative platform that brings together more than 800 national leaders, business decision-makers, and technology innovators representing over 200 leading companies.
With the theme “Staying Resilient, Creating Impact”, Solution Day 2025 is a tangible manifestation of the #PastiAdaSolusi Jadi Lebih Berdampak (There’s Always a Solution to Create Greater Impact) spirit, which promotes the adoption of digital technology as a key driver of resilience and business growth across sectors.
Agenda and Speakers
Solution Day 2025 featured more than 20 distinguished speakers, including government representatives and strategic industry experts, who highlighted the real impact of digital solutions in sectors such as Banking & Finance, Mining, Energy & Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Retail, and Government.
The event also offered a diverse agenda, ranging from strategic discussion sessions and technology showcases of more than 30 digital solutions powered by AI, 5G, and data intelligence, to the launch of new solutions and the signing of strategic collaborations with various industry partners.

Strengthening Strategic Collaborations
During the event, Telkomsel signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OpenAI, announcing a strategic collaboration to enhance its advanced AI capabilities. As part of the MoU, Telkomsel will explore cross-industry applications that generate real impact, ranging from customer service optimization to data-driven innovation, powered by OpenAI technologies.
In addition, Telkomsel plans to introduce ChatGPT Enterprise for its employees to enhance AI literacy and productivity. This collaboration also aims to broaden equitable access to AI technology for millions of Indonesians by leveraging Telkomsel’s extensive nationwide network coverage.
Beyond OpenAI, Telkomsel Enterprise also strengthened its cross-sector partnerships through agreements with:

SCSK – Delivering network solutions that integrate reliable devices with connectivity and managed services, providing efficient, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for multiple industries in Indonesia.

Solution Day 2025 was supported by a number of global technology partners, with Huawei as the main partner, alongside Ericsson, ZTE, Tencent, Application Solutions, SCSK, MTM, Telin, and GSMA. Their presence further reinforced cross-ecosystem collaboration in driving a more inclusive and sustainable digital transformation in Indonesia.
