Halo bundling mechanism

1. Please prepare your valid ID card and Family Card number before going to the store to make a purchase.
2. Your data along with ID and Family Card number will be used to validate Halo bunding customers
3. If you have arrears to Telkomsel, you will be asked to pay off all the bills first before making Halo bundling transaction
4. If the customer’s data that has been validated and turns out to be valid, the customer will be asked to fill out the new Halo subscription form at the store.

Halo+ iPhone Plan Terms and Conditions 

1. Package prices include 11% VAT.
2. The main Internet quota will be the first consumption priority, followed by the bonus quota.
3. Choice of extra benefit applications for free monthly premium subscription

4. The choice of free subscription benefit application is done in the MyTelkomsel application.
5. Once your internet quota runs out, activate the Extra Quota Package to still be able to access the internet.
6. Roaming Quota will be active at the same time as the Halo+ Device Plan Package, the validity period follows the billing period and will be automatically extended.
7. Roaming Quota can be used in 104 countries and will be consumed if the customer travels in that country.
8. The 5G Bonus Quota can be activated in the MyTelkomsel application after the main package is active. The 5G bonus is only valid for the first 3 months of the contract.

How to Activate Package

1. Download and install MyTelkomsel apps on the new smartphone.
2. Open the apps and login to MyTelkomsel account with the new smartphone and the bundled starter pack.
3. Select “Shop” menu
4. Select “Internet” package category
5. Click tab menu “BundlingMAX”
6. Select “BundlingMAX iPhone”, and click “Activate”
7. Customer will not be charged with additional Pulsa
8. After finished, Customer will get successful package activation notification through SMS from Telkomsel.

Terms and Conditions

1. All prices include VAT.
2. BundlingMAX package activation can only be done using registered mobile number and IMEI.
3. Every mobile number and IMEI can activate this package once.
4. BundlingMAX iPhone package will be renewed automatically every month during 3-month package validity period without extra charge to customers. After the validity period ends, BundlingMAX iPhone package will not be available to purchase separately and customer can buy other packages from wide selection of best offers from Telkomsel.
5. The data package is quota-based. If the quota runs out, other internet packages will be consumed or you will be charged with internet basic tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use) of Rp100/20Kb.
6. The package quota will not be accumulated in the next month.
7. After BundlingMAX iPhone package active, customers can activate 5G quota bonus 16 GB via MyTelkomsel apps.
8. 16 GB 5G quota bonus could be consumed for 30 days after bonus activation date.
9. Customers will get 16 GB 5G quota bonus for 3 times for each number and each iPhone devices or during BundlingMAX iPhone 3-month validity.
