How to get & activate the insurance
  1. You can get the insurance by purchasing Device Bundling packages at the partner sotres or Telkomsel’s website.
  2. After a successful package purchase, you will receive an SMS containing the voucher code after your new number or package is activated.
  3. Claim your policy through the link/landing page provided and submit your voucher code.
Terms and conditions
  1. The insurance only applies to device screen damage, not other damages.
  2. The maximum claim amount is Rp4,000,000 or according to the applicable policy provisions.
  3. The claim period follows the validity period of the protection provided.
  4. The claim process is carried out directly to the insurance party according to the specified procedure.
