SIMPATI GoPay eSIM

The policy for purchasing and ordering SIMPATI GoPay eSIM ("Product") is as follows:

1. Before purchasing and using the Product, Users must ensure that:
   • The telecommunications device that will be connected to the telecommunications network or using this Product is a device whose specifications support eSIM use; and
   • The IMEI number of the telecommunications device used to activate the e-SIM has been registered with the authorized agency.
2. Product or starter pack purchases are available with standard or premium number options, which may incur different fees.
3. Users must enter their personal data, such as their name and email address, in the Application during the Product purchase process.
4. Product purchase and payment are made through the Application.

1. After the initial product purchase, the Product must first be activated by clicking the registration link or notification within the Application.
2. Registration is carried out by entering your identity data as a User in accordance with the terms and conditions of applicable regulations, as follows:
   1. For Indonesian citizens, this may include National Identity Number (NIK) and Family Card Number (Kartu Keluarga) or biometric population data.
   2. For foreign citizens, this may include Passport, Permanent Stay Permit Card (KITAP), or Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS). Other documents are required from time to time in accordance with applicable regulations. The registration process is handled by Telkomsel.
3. Upon this User Registration, Telkomsel will conduct a review and validation process to determine whether the registration process is successful. If the User's registration data cannot be validated, the User must process the data adjustments with the authorized agency in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. If the registration status is declared successful, the Product can be used and is active, and you will receive a notification through the Application.
5. You can choose to activate the e-SIM on the device you used at the time of purchase or another device by following the procedures and verification provided in the Application.

1. Package purchases can only be made through the "buy package" menu in the Application (can be an exclusive package according to available promotional programs).
2. Available data packages are adjusted according to location and promotional programs offered.
3. Purchase additional recharge packages through the top-up menu on the SIMPATI GoPay eSIM page in the App.
4. To check the detailed package status, you can do so through the "pack info" menu on the SIMPATI GoPay eSIM page in the App and also on the MyTelkomsel App platform.
5. Customers can check their credit balance and usage in the App.
6. Customers can also enjoy bonus or cashback offers at any time, depending on program availability from time to time.

1. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted on the App and Products, including data you voluntarily provide on the Services and Application, including but not limited to any risks and/or losses arising from misuse by you and/or third parties using the Service.
2. This Service is provided "as is" by Telkomsel. Telkomsel is not responsible for any losses or failure to provide services due to your negligence or violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use and the privacy policy for the service.
3. In providing the Product, Telkomsel strives and is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations. We are not responsible for:
   1. System, network, server, or connection performance resulting in the Product being unavailable, as a result of actions by third parties beyond our control;
   2. Loss of profits or opportunities arising from your use of the Product;
   3. Any losses arising from force majeure.
   4. Any violation of the waiver of these Terms of Use and Telkomsel's Privacy Policy, as required by applicable laws and regulations, orders from authorized authorities, or court decisions.

1. Security and confidentiality of Application accounts, and ensuring that information used to access accounts, such as passwords, verification codes, or other personal information remains secure and is not misused by third parties.
2. Telkomsel and its partners are not responsible for any loss or misuse of unauthorized transactions resulting from user negligence in maintaining account security.

1. Telkomsel reserves the right to change, add to, and/or update these terms and conditions at any time, which will be displayed on this Application or through Telkomsel's media.
2. Users are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the changes to the terms and conditions upon continued use of this Product.
