How do I log in to Disney+ package?
Please follow these steps:
Open the Disney+ app.
Click the “Login” button.
Input your mobile phone number.
You will receive an OTP via SMS from DisneyPlus.
Input the OTP.

I signed up to Disney+ via Telkomsel, but I paid again as it was asking me to subscribe.
If you did not log in with the same Telkomsel mobile number you used to subscribe to Disney+ through Telkomsel for the first time, you may be prompted to subscribe again when you log in to Disney+. Please ensure that you are using the same Telkomsel mobile number. If you are still being asked to subscribe, please contact Disney+ Customer Support team at IDhelp@disneyplus.com.
If you paid again directly to Disney+, please reach out to Disney+ Customer Support team at IDhelp@disneyplus.com with the screenshot of your confirmed payment showing the merchant transaction ID or App Store invoice.
I subscribed to Disney+ through Telkomsel. When will my access expire?
If you purchased the Disney+ 1-month package, your access would expire at the end of the period. Disney+ subscription’s validity period will follow calendar month calculation (i.e. If user subscribed in January, user would get 31 days. If a user subscribed in February, the user would only get a 28/29-day subscription). To continue watching, you will need to subscribe via Telkomsel once again.
If you have access to Disney+ through Kuota Nonton (Streaming Quota), your access will continue if you have sufficient data quota in your account. If your quota runs out, you will be charged with basic internet tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use).
I have a new Telkomsel mobile number and would like to update my Disney+ login.
If you have a new Telkomsel mobile number, you will need to purchase a new Disney+ package using the new mobile phone number via MyTelkomsel, Telkomsel.com, or UMB *363*465#. Disney+ subscription is not transferable to any phone number.
Can I use my Disney+ subscription via Telkomsel on other devices?
If you’re subscribed to Disney+ through Telkomsel, you can use it on other devices as long as they’re compatible with Disney+. Please note that Disney+ allows one concurrent stream.

If you unsubscribe, your package will not be renewed for the next period.
If, during the renewal period, you do not have sufficient credit balance or your bill exceeds the limit, your package will not be renewed, and you must reactivate it through the purchase channel.
The Disney+ package is only valid for domestic use (not applicable for overseas usage, which will incur separate charges).
The Kuota Nonton (Streaming Quota) can be used when accessing or watching Disney+, MAXStream, YouTube, and other video services that have partnered with Telkomsel.
Telkomsel is not responsible for the content or programs provided by this service.
If you access certain third-party content or links through the Disney+ app, such access may consume your main internet quota, including when background applications are active on your device.
If your Kuota Nonton (Streaming Quota) runs out, you can purchase additional Kuota Nonton. If you exceed the provided quota and have no Kuota Nonton available, your regular internet quota or base internet tariff will apply.
The Disney+ subscription validity period follows the calendar month (e.g., January has 31 days; February has 28/29 days).
A Disney+ Basic subscription allows up to 7 profiles under 1 account, 1 concurrent stream, up to 3 logged-in devices, and video quality up to Full HD (1080p).
By purchasing this package, you agree to activate the Disney+ package and service using your mobile number.
