How to transfer the quota

Option 1
- Dial *500*2*recipientnumber# using your Telkomsel Special Number.
Option 2
- Dial *500*2#.
- Choose 1. Ya (“Yes”).
- Enter the recipient number and then send.
- Confirm by choosing 1. Ya, setuju (“Yes, agree”).

Tariff and other provisions

Quota transfer fee: Rp10,000 per transaction (payment can only be made using the sender's credit/A number).
Quota transferred: 10GB per transaction.
Quota validity period: The quota will be active for 30 days on the recipient's number.
Transaction limit: Maximum 3 times per month.
Quota transfer requirements: Must have a minimum quota active period of 20 days.
Quota recipient requirements: The recipient's Telkomsel number is within the active period.
Quota transfers will not extend the recipient's SIM card's active period.

The bonus quota will be automatically received by following these steps:

Customers have received the Special Number Starter Card.
Register the prepaid card via *444#.
Customers will receive an SMS notification of successful registration.
Customers will receive an SMS notification of a 20GB internet package for 30 days.
Customers will also receive an SMS notification of a 20GB BONUS package valid for 30 days for 12 months.

The quota bonus can also be claimed manually via *363# or MyTelkomsel App.

Price includes 11% VAT.
Valid for domestic use only (not valid for international use, which will incur a separate fee).
The transferred All-Network Internet Quota can be used on all networks.
The Special Number Quota Transfer is valid for 30 days until 11:59 PM on 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.
The transferred quota does not reduce the validity period of the sender's quota; it only reduces the total quota already transferred.
Confirm the Quota Transfer by receiving an SMS notification stating that the Quota Transfer was successful.
