Program Information

  • The offer is only applicable for Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers who meet Halodoc’s terms and conditions.
  • Monthly and Yearly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat are only offered through the website (telkomsel.com).
  • Halodoc benefits can only be used by the mobile number used to purchase packages and registered on the Halodoc application/ web.
  • Package purchases are only valid one time in one package validity period.
  • Customers cannot activate several packages within the same time period if there are still an active package.
  • With customer's consent, the customer's mobile number will be given to Halodoc for service provision in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

MONTHLY EKSTRA TELKOMSEL PAKET SEHAT

  1. Every customer who buys the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat will get 1 benefit of Halodoc Doctor Teleconsultation and 1 benefit of medicine purchase which is valid for 30 days from the purchase date of the package according to the specified limit.
  2. The benefits are cumulative to the following month as long as the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat is active, up to a maximum of 360 days.
  3. Open the Halodoc application or website and log in with the mobile number you used to purchase the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat.
  4. Select the doctor for the teleconsultation.
  5. Teleconsultation with doctor and medicine purchases can be done in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable in Halodoc.

 

EKSTRA TELKOMSEL PAKET SEHAT TAHUNAN

  1. Every customer who purchases the Yearly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat will get 14 Teleconsultation benefits from Halodoc and 14 benefits of medicine purchase, valid for 360 days according to the specified limit.
  1. Open the Halodoc application or website and log in with the mobile number you used to purchase the Yearly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat.
  2. Select the doctor for the teleconsultation.
  3. Teleconsultation with doctor and medicine purchases can be done in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable in Halodoc.

  1. You can check the remaining benefit of the Monthly and Yearly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat through the Halodoc application.
  2. Open the Halodoc application and log in with the mobile number you used to purchase Monthly or Yearly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat.   
  3. Select “Profile menu”.
  4. Select “Health Package menu”.
  5. Choose “Monthly and Yearly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat”.
  6. You can see the remaining benefit of Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat and its validity period.

  1. Customers can unsubscribe the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat via SMS.
  2. Type "UNREG HDM" and send it to 97000 via SMS.
  3. The system will automatically terminate your Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat subscription.
  4. After you unsubscribed, the benefits of teleconsultation and medicine purchase can still be used within 30 days from the date of the last package extension.
