ChatGPT | Telkomsel, Smart Access to ChatGPT AI

The ChatGPT Package is an internet quota and ChatGPT access quota package that can be used to access the official ChatGPT application and website. Every customer who purchases a ChatGPT Package is entitled to a free ChatGPT voucher for a certain period according to the promo terms and the type of package selected. These Terms of Use are an integral part of Telkomsel's General Terms and Conditions of Product Use and Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.telkomsel.com/en/terms-and-conditions and https://www.telkomsel.com/en/privacy-policy. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. The ChatGPT Go voucher can only be used once by user that has never subscribed to or is currently subscribed to ChatGPT Go, Plus, or Pro. Each user is only eligible to redeem the voucher once;
2. Customers can redeem vouchers through the Android ChatGPT app or the official ChatGPT website;
3. The ChatGPT Go voucher promo is valid until May 31, 2026;
4. After the free period ends, the regular subscription fee will apply;
5. Android users are advised to install the ChatGPT app to take advantage of Google Play billing. For Android users without the ChatGPT app, they can pay via ChatGPT web by credit card or Google Pay. For iOS users, payments can be made via ChatGPT web by credit card or Apple Pay;
6. Fees will be automatically charged through the registered payment method (Google Play, credit card, or other);
7. Recurring payments are managed directly by ChatGPT;
8. After the free voucher period ends, the subscription will continue at the regular price. Regular subscription fees are paid directly by OpenAI/ChatGPT.
9. Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time through the platform where you’re subscribed to: the ChatGPT web or Google Play/App Store.
10. The ChatGPT Package service is available to all Telkomsel customers with Android or iOS smartphones;
11. Customers can purchase ChatGPT quota packages through the MyTelkomsel App. IndiHome users can also enjoy ChatGPT Go benefits through a special limited-time offer;
12. Customers receive a ChatGPT service access quota and are entitled to a bonus ChatGPT Go voucher for a certain period according to the applicable promo terms and the package selected;
13. This package is only valid for domestic use. International use will be subject to separate charges according to applicable roaming rates;
14. The package's active period follows the active period stated in the purchase details in the MyTelkomsel App;

There are two types of ChatGPT packages available through the MyTelkomsel App, depending on their validity period:

1. ChatGPT packages with a 30-day validity period; and
2. ChatGPT packages with a 60-day validity period.

After the free voucher period ends, the subscription will continue at the regular price. Regular subscription fees are paid directly by OpenAI/ChatGPT. However, customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time through the platform where you’re subscribed to: ChatGPT web or Google Play/App Store using the following procedures:

1. Via the ChatGPT web:
   1. Log into ChatGPT;
   2. Click on your profile icon → "Settings";
   3. Select “Account”;
   4. Select "Manage" → "Cancel Subscription".
2. Through Google Play Store:
   1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device;
   2. Check to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account you used to sign up for your ChatGPT subscription;
   3. Select "Payment & Subscription" → "Subscription";
   4. Select ChatGPT from the list of active subscriptions;
   5. Tap “Cancel Subscription”;
   6. Follow the instructions provided.
3. If you purchased your ChatGPT subscription through the Apple App Store, it’s managed by Apple and must be canceled via your iOS device’s subscription settings. To cancel, follow these steps:
   1. Go to “Settings” on your iPhone;
   2. Tap your name;
   3. Select “Subscriptions”;
   4. You will be presented with your active subscriptions. Tap on “ChatGPT”;
   5. Tap "Cancel Subscription";
   6. Confirm your cancellation on the pop-up window.

This service provides a special quota for accessing ChatGPT through the official OpenAI app and website. Customers who purchase a ChatGPT package are also entitled to a free ChatGPT Go voucher in accordance with the applicable promotional terms and the customer's selected package. After the voucher expires, the subscription will continue at the regular price in accordance with the applicable OpenAI/ChatGPT terms and conditions. Customers can cancel the subscription any time through the platform where you’re subscribed to: ChatGPT web or Google Play/App Store.

The ChatGPT quota is only valid for accessing the ChatGPT service through the official OpenAI app and the official ChatGPT website. This quota cannot be used to access other services or applications outside the official ChatGPT platform. Before using the ChatGPT service, customers are advised to read and understand the general terms and conditions of use of the service and the OpenAI/ChatGPT Privacy Policy.

In providing its services, Telkomsel strives and is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations. Telkomsel is not responsible for:

1. Any losses arising from the customer's failure to fulfill or negligence in implementing the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Service;
2. Any losses arising from the customer's negligence, including negligence that results in a third party using the customer's account, resulting in losses for Telkomsel and/or other parties;
3. Failure of the system, network, server, or connection performance resulting in the unavailability of the service, as a result of actions by third parties beyond Telkomsel's control;
4. All use and consequences arising from the content of conversations, answers, or information provided by the ChatGPT service, including the loss of profits or opportunities for customers arising from the use of the ChatGPT service;
5. Any losses arising from force majeure;
6. Any violation of the waiver of the General Terms and Conditions, as required by applicable laws and regulations, orders of authorized authorities, or court decisions.

While using the service, customers or other related third parties are prohibited from using the service for:

1. Unlawful activities that violate applicable laws and regulations, activities that violate provisions or regulations, including but not limited to data misuse, gambling, fraud, or other actions that violate laws and regulations;
2. Use that violates the security or integrity of networks, computers or communication systems, software applications, or network or computing devices;
3. Taking any action, whether demonstrably or indicatively, as long as it is suspected of causing harm to Telkomsel or any other party.

 If such actions are discovered, Telkomsel has the authority to suspend customer access to the service.

By using the Service, customers agree to be fully bound by the Privacy Policy for Telkomsel's Product or Service Provisions.
