How to Subscribe

Subscribe via UMB:

  1. Call *500*17#.
  2. Choose ‘Buy/Purchase’.
  3. You will get a success notification SMS and Call Manager app download link.
  4. Download Call Manager app.

 

Subscribe via Call Manager app:

  1. Download Call Manager
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Enter OTP code that has been sent by SMS.
  4. Choose ‘Setting’ --> ‘Subscription’ menu.

Get the benefits of Call Manager service:

  1. Rp3,300 (valid for 7 days).
  2. Rp5,500 (valid for 15 days).
  3. Rp8,800 (valid for 30 days). 
Profile Setting
Profile Setting

Set your profile via UMB:

  1. Call *500*17#.
  2. Choose ‘Profile Setting’.
  3. Choose profile menu according to your activity.
  4. Input the duration you want your profile to be active (in minutes), maximum 1,440 minutes (must be in numeric without alphabet, space, or special character).
  5. Confirm the profile you selected and the duration.

 

Set your profile via Call Manager app:

  1. Log in to Call Manager
  2. Choose ‘Profile Setting’.
  3. Choose profile menu according to your activity.
  4. Input the duration you want your profile to be active (in hours and minutes).
