This program is valid for all Telkomsel customers. The price includes tax for prepaid customers, but it does not for postpaid customers.
This program is only for domestic use. For international roaming, you will be charged separately.
You will receive a successful subscription notification via SMS. Before your subscription period ends, you will also receive a notification that the program period is about to end.
The subscription fee does not include internet quota. Internet tariff applies for every access of MAXstream movie.
Telkomsel has the right to limit and block services for users who are found to be using the content with bad intention, such as using the services outside the normal limits with or without using tools, or misusing the content in a way that violates the provisions of laws and regulations applies and several similar conditions.
Telkomsel is not responsible for the misuse of Telkomsel’s products by other parties, or for the contents and packages that are sold not in accordance with the official Telkomsel service product specifications.

Basically, Telkomsel will provide the best network access service speed for customers, but there are several conditions that can cause customers not to get the service speed as expected, such as network availability, topography factors, population density, building wall thickness, type of telecommunication equipment used, time of usage/usage of Telkomsel services, number of Telkomsel service users, proximity of subscribers to the location of the nearest BTS/antenna and other factors.
In running its services, Telkomsel has the right at any time to renew the services, close the services, and increase/decrease tariffs with considerations, among others:
- Determined by the competent authority.
- The service is no longer in accordance with the times and the latest technology.
- The service is no longer used and the service will be transferred to a similar service.
- Other considerations that Telkomsel deems appropriate.
By updating a service, the customers agree to release Telkomsel from all claims and legal responsibilities arising from the policy as intended.
