Payment Methods

1. Open MyTelkomsel App.
2. Choose “Account”.
3. Choose “My Invoice”.
4. Choose “Pay Invoice”.

1. Visit https://my.telkomsel.com.
2. Type your Telkomsel number and T-Care PIN.
3. Choose “Pay Halo Bill” menu.
4. Type your Telkomsel Halo number.
5. Choose your payment method and you can log out after completing your payment.

1. Open LinkAja application.
2. Go to the “Others” menu.
3. Choose the “Halo” menu.
4. If you choose to pay for your own number:
   • The number will be automatically generated.
   • Confirm your bill by tapping “Confirm”.
   • Enter your PIN.
5. If you choose to pay for other user’s number:
   • Enter the user’s Halo number.
   • Confirm the bill by tapping “Confirm”.
   • Enter your PIN.

1. Visit our virtual assistant, Veronika, via chat, MyTelkomsel App, website, Facebook, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
2. Type “Hi”.
3. Type “Pay Halo bill”.
4. Type your Halo number.
5. Please follow the payment instructions.

GraPARI Express is a self-service machine that can be found at some selected locations in Indonesia. To make a payment using this machine, please follow these steps:

1. Choose “Telkomsel Customer” menu.
2. Log in using your mobile number and OTP.
3. Choose “Halo Payment” menu.
4. Type your Halo number.
5. Confirm your bills.
6. Make a payment by debit or credit.
7. Your payment has been successfully made.
8. You will receive a printed-out receipt.

1. Visit Tokopedia’s “Postpaid Bills” page.
2. Choose Telkomsel – Halo.
3. Type your Halo number.
4. The billing information will automatically appear if the number you input is correct.
5. Tap the “Pay” menu.
6. Choose the payment method.
7. The system will proceed with your payment and send a notification if the payment is successful.

Pay via ATM

1. Insert your ATM card.
2. Type your PIN.
3. Choose “Other Transactions”.
4. Choose “Payment”.
5. Choose “Mobile Cellular”.
6. Choose “Telkomsel”.
7. Enter your Halo number.
8. Tap “Correct”.
9. You will see the billing information, tap “Yes” if the information is correct.

Pay via Internet Banking

1. Open BRI Internet Banking.
2. Access the “Payment” menu.
3. Choose “Phone/Cellular” menu.
4. Choose Halo Bills.
5. Type your Halo number.
6. Click OK, and then click Send.
7. Confirm your phone/cellular payment.
8. Input your password.
9. Payment is successful.

Pay via Mobile Banking

1. Open BRI Mobile Banking app.
2. Access the “Payment” menu.
3. Choose “Phone/Cellular” menu.
4. Choose provider – Telkomsel Halo.
5. Type your Halo number.
6. Insert your PIN.
7. Payment is successful.

Pay via ATM:

1. Insert your ATM card.
2. Type your PIN.
3. Choose “Other Transactions”.
4. Choose “Payment”.
5. Choose “Telephone/Mobile”.
6. Choose “Telkomsel”.
7. Enter your Halo number.
8. Tap “Correct”.
9. Confirm your bill information by tapping “Yes”.

Pay via Internet Banking (KlikBCA):

1. Open BCA Internet Banking.
2. Access “Payment” menu.
3. Choose the “Mobile Phone” menu.
4. Choose operator – “Telkomsel”.
5. Type your Halo number.
6. Tap “Next”.
7. Confirm your payment.
8. Input your password.

1. Open BCA Mobile app.
2. Access the “Payment” menu.
