If the SIM card cannot detect your smartphone, try the following solutions:
✅ Check SIM Management Settings (if dual SIM) and make sure the SIM card for Telkomsel card is active.
✅ Change the automatic network mode to manual, then return it.
✅ Try using another device.
✅ Set to a single network (2G/3G/4G/5G only).
✅ For iPhone, Reset Network.
✅ If the SIM card is physically damaged, replace it at the nearest GraPARI or GraPARI Online.
✅ If the physical card is normal, try it on another device. If the SIM card remains unreadable, replace it at the nearest GraPARI or GraPARI Online.
✅ If you have replaced the SIM card but still have issues, visit the nearest GraPARI.
