If activation fails, please make sure:
1. Your device supports eSIM technology.
2. IMEI has been registered. If not, register it at customs.
3. Stable WiFi connection during eSIM installation.
4. To change the physical uSIM card to eSIM, remove the physical card from the old device.
5. If there are problems with m-banking, contact the issuing bank.
