When your number is blocked, you can unblock it by following these steps:
- Dial *888*89# using your blocked number.
- You will see the information that your number has been blocked and two options in "1. Buka Blokir" and "2. SKB".
- Select "1. Unblock" if you agree to unblock and you agree to the terms stated in the “SKB” (Terms and Conditions).
To unblock, there are terms and conditions that apply where:
- Balance, Telkomsel Poin, Internet, SMS, and Voice Quota will be forfeited.
- The basic tariff will change according to the latest applicable basic tariff in accordance with Telkomsel's policy.
