How do IndiHome payments work? Before or after the service is active?

There are 2 types of IndiHome payments:
1. Installation Fee Payment
It must be paid after the installation is complete for service activation.

2. Monthly Bill Payment
Billed on 5-20 every month after using the service in the previous month.
