Program Mechanism

Customers will receive SMS blast from Telkomsel.
Customers come/walk in to your Digipost outlet.
Customers must purchase data packages worth more than Rp90,000.
Your Digipost outlet must be registered with the Telkomsel system already.
Transactions must be Inner Clusters according to their respective branch.
You are entitled to receive 7% MKIOS Bulk cashback if you have earned at least 5 transactions (and multiples) every month.

Cashback Requirement

Your customers must use Java and Bali area numbers.
Your customers are selected customers or customers who walk into your Digipost outlet.
Your customers must be active for more than 3 months.
Your customers must be active data package and smartphone users.
Your customers must purchase data package worth at least Rp90,000 at your Digipost outlet.

Winner Determination

The winners will be verified by the Telkomsel team.
Digipost outlets that are entitled to MKIOS Bulk cashback are those who have earned at least 5 transactions (or multiples) every month.
Winning policies and decisions are regulated according to applicable provisions and cannot be contested.

What is SPECTA HVC 2019?

SPECTA HVC 2019 is a Telkomsel program for sellers who sell data packages to High Value Customer (customers who have been active for at least 6 months and spend the average of Rp100,000 – Rp299,000 in the last 3 months) or Non High Value Customers who have activated/purchased data packages worth at least Rp90,000 at selected Digipos outlets in the Java and Bali Area.
