Prices include tax.
There is no limit for activation of more than 1 package.
If the internet quota runs out or the package's validity period ends, and the customer has another relevant package, the other package will be automatically used.
If the internet quota runs out or the package's validity period ends, and the customer does not have another relevant package, then next usage will be charged with basic internet tariff (Rp6,000/MB for postpaid and prepaid, maximum Rp200,000/day). To enjoy roaming internet services more efficiently, please activate the Internet RoaMAX package again.
Check the package quota regularly by accessing the MyTelkomsel App or dial *266#, to ensure that the Roaming Quota is still available and the package's validity period has not ended.
RoaMAX Hotspot package is valid for all Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) and SIMPATI (prepaid) customers.
The validity period of the package starts after the package is active with reference to 24 hours.
The package is valid for all operators of the destination country according to the country coverage list.
The package is valid in all countries as stated in the package description.
The package is allowed for tethering.
