Grab Tourist Voucher Code will be obtained immediately after purchasing the RoaMAX package and redeeming 1 Telkomsel Poin via SMS from 777 for Thailand, Philippines & Vietnam. For Malaysia, customers must do self-redeem by exchanging 1 Telkomsel Poin on the link provided via SMS 777.
Claiming discount vouchers is done through the Grab application.
Vouchers obtained are only valid for Grab Tourist packages according to the country where the RoaMAX package was purchased.
Vouchers can only be redeemed when customers are in the destination country.
Telkomsel RoaMAX in RoaMAX x Grab program only offers special discounts on partner products (Tourist Pack).
The discount vouchers can only be obtained after making a RoaMAX package transaction.
The amount of voucher discounts obtained by customers is the responsibility of the Telkomsel partner (Grab).
The quality of service provided from the voucher claim process to the use of service app is the responsibility of the Telkomsel partner that is Grab.
