How to get emergency assistance

Activate RoaMAX Singapore

Once you activate the package, you will receive an SMS from TSELROAMING confirming that the package has been activated.

Get the Marlinda app

You will also receive an SMS from MARLINDA containing the instructions to access the Marlinda application.

Open Marlinda app

Open the Marlinda application and sign up or log in to start using the app.

Get help quickly

In an emergency, simply tap the “SOS” button to request assistance.

Additional Information

Applicable for Telkomsel Halo and SIMPATI customers who purchase certain variants of the Internet RoaMAX Singapore and Combo RoaMAX Singapore packages. For Halo, Marlinda is bundled into the package, while for SIMPATI it can be purchased via the add-on menu.
Marlinda Service access can be enjoyed immediately after purchasing certain variants of the Internet RoaMAX Singapore and Combo RoaMAX Singapore packages. Customers will receive a link via SMS from MARLINDA or can install the application at http://marlinda.id/.
The subscription scheme and active period of Marlinda Service will follow the respective duration informed at the time of the eligible RoaMAX Singapore package activation.
If the Internet RoaMAX Singapore package is purchased more than once, Marlinda Service will be valid according to the longest package duration.
Marlinda Service can only be used within the territory of Singapore.
The quality of service provided, from activation to usage of Marlinda, is entirely the responsibility of Telkomsel’s partner, PT Garuda Karya Negeri.
