Vouchers and additional bonus quota are limited every day.

If the customer does not receive a voucher from a successful package transaction, it means that the promo quota has run out or the promo period has ended.

Voice and SMS Quota bonus is an additional quota benefit that can be used by users to make calls and send SMS after customers make any package purchase on MyTelkomsel App for a minimum of Rp50,000, with the following details:
- 100 minutes of calls to fellow Telkomsel users
- 1,000 SMS to fellow Telkomsel users
- Valid for 3 days until 23:59 GMT+7
- Price: Rp0
Voice and SMS Quota bonus can be claimed during the program period until April 7, 2025.
Voice and SMS Quota bonus is valid for a limited time every day.
If customers do not receive a pop-up notification of Voice and SMS Quota bonuses from successful transactions, it means that the promo quota has run out or the promo period is over.

Shopee voucher is an electronic voucher code that can be used by users to get a discount of Rp5,000 or Rp10,000.

Shopee vouchers are valid for voucher code recipients at checkout via the Shopee application.
Shopee vouchers can be used exclusively for purchase transactions using Economy, Regular, or Cargo shipping.
During the voucher redemption period, 1 (one) Shopee User is only entitled to redeem 1 (one) Shopee Voucher.
