It is a joint program to celebrate Erafone’s anniversary and Erafone 1000th retail store opening where customers can enjoy a series of interesting event including special device bundling programs with Telkomsel and enjoy many benefits.

All Telkomsel customers or non-Telkomsel users who want to buy a device in Erafone store bundled with Telkomsel package.

What is 4G quota?

4G quota is the quota that can be used on Telkomsel 4G network across all Indonesian cities for 24 hours.

What is All Network quota?

All Network quota is the quota that can be used on Telkomsel 2G, 3G, and 4G network across all Indonesian cities for 24 hours.

What is CloudMAX?

CloudMAX is a storage app to store your pictures, videos, and other documents without having to use your smartphone’s internal memory.

What is CloudMAX Erafone Anniversary Campaign?

CloudMAX Device Bundling is a program where Telkomsel customers who buy a smartphone at Erafone can subscribe to CloudMAX Erafone 10GB package for only Rp0 for the first 30 days, and will be renewed Rp5,500/30 days during the 150 days after.

Can all Telkomsel numbers get CloudMAX Erafone 10GB package?

No, only some selected Telkomsel numbers who receive a promo code from Erafone are eligible to get CloudMAX Erafone 10GB package.

What will happen if I stop subscribing to CloudMAX?

Your CloudMAX account with all the files uploaded in it will be deleted in 30 days after you unsubscribed.

How do I get the iLOTTE voucher?

  1. Buy a bundling package at Erafone.
  2. Erafone will send your number to Telkomsel.
  3. Telkomsel will send a voucher code and iLOTTE.COM link via SMS to your number.

  4. You can only buy this package once at the beginning of your subscription, and then the package will be automatically renewed every month until the period ends.
  5. TAU Dynamic Plan preload package is available, also packages that can be purchased individually by customers.
  6. The package can be purchased on MyTelkomsel App.

 

TAU Regular Terms & Conditions:

  1. Valid for new starter pack number (bundled with a device) and existing customer.
  2. Valid for medium-end smartphone brand with a price under Rp5,000,000.
  3. Only valid for some devices with certain registered IMEI.
  4. The package can be purchased via UMB *363*13#.

 

TAU Medium Terms & Conditions:

  1. Valid for some selected new numbers.
  2. Limited for 5000 selected numbers.
  3. Valid for a low-medium-high-end smartphone brand.
  4. The package can be purchased via UMB *363*13#.
  5. Only valid for customers who purchase the bundling package on Saturday and Sunday (weekend).

 

TAU Lite 6 Terms & Conditions:

  1. Valid for new starter pack number (bundled with a device) and some selected existing customers. 
  2. Reserve the package via UMB *363*88#.
  3. Base top-up/recharge is Rp50,000/month.
  4. The package will be automatically active after you top up or recharge your credit balance.
  5. You can make a purchase up to 12 times.
  6. Valid for low-end smartphone brand under Rp3,000,000.
  7. The validity period is 30 days.

 

TAU Lite 7 Terms & Conditions:

  1. Valid for some selected existing customers.

  3. Base top-up/recharge is Rp20,000/month.
