What is 4G quota?

4G quota is the quota that can be used on Telkomsel 4G network across all Indonesian cities for 24 hours.

What is All Network quota?

All Network quota is the quota that can be used on Telkomsel 2G, 3G, and 4G network across all Indonesian cities for 24 hours.

What is CloudMAX?

CloudMAX is a storage app to store your pictures, videos, and other documents without having to use your smartphone’s internal memory.

What is CloudMAX Erafone Anniversary Campaign?

CloudMAX Device Bundling is a program where Telkomsel customers who buy a smartphone at Erafone can subscribe to CloudMAX Erafone 10GB package for only Rp0 for the first 30 days, and will be renewed Rp5,500/30 days during the 150 days after.

Can all Telkomsel numbers get CloudMAX Erafone 10GB package?

No, only some selected Telkomsel numbers who receive a promo code from Erafone are eligible to get CloudMAX Erafone 10GB package.

What will happen if I stop subscribing to CloudMAX?

Your CloudMAX account with all the files uploaded in it will be deleted in 30 days after you unsubscribed.

How do I get the iLOTTE voucher?

  4. You can only buy this package once at the beginning of your subscription, and then the package will be automatically renewed every month until the period ends.
  5. TAU Dynamic Plan preload package is available, also packages that can be purchased individually by customers.
  6. The package can be purchased on MyTelkomsel App.

  1. Valid for new starter pack number (bundled with a device) and existing customer.
