The winners will be contacted by Telkomsel officer and receive the broadcast SMS from “Telkomsel”.
The winners will be directed to the nearest GraPARI by bringing the Telkomsel number confirmed as a winner and their valid ID Card.
If the winners cannot come to claim their prize, they can give the authority to an endorsee by making a power of attorney and carrying Rp6,000 stamp with copies of both endorser and endorsee’s ID cards.
The verified file will be sent to Telkomsel Kalimantan (via e-mail).
The prize will be sent to the winner’s address or the nearest GraPARI to be picked up by the winner (without taxes and fees).
If the winner did not claim the prize at GraPARI within 1 month, the prizes will be transferred to the second-highest POIN redeemer.
