SIMPATI customers who purchase a data package for the first time on the MyTelkomsel App using the Telkomsel SmartPay payment method during the program period will receive 50% cashback of up to Rp20,000 on their GoPay balance. 

All SIMPATI customers who purchase a data package for the first time using the Telkomsel SmartPay payment method during the program period on MyTelkomsel. 

This promo runs from September 1 - 30, 2026. 

1. This promo is valid from September 1 - 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:59 PM (Western Indonesia Time). 
2. Valid for Telkomsel SmartPay customers who purchase a data package for the first time using the Telkomsel SmartPay payment method on the MyTelkomsel App during the program period. 
3. The 50% cashback of up to Rp20,000 will be given in GoPay balance, with a minimum transaction of Rp10,000. 
4. Cashback quota is limited to the 50 fastest customers per day during the program period. 
5. To receive cashback, customers must have paid their Telkomsel SmartPay bill for September 2026 by October 7, 2026, at the latest. 
6. Customers are entitled to one cashback during the program period. 
7. The GoPay cashback balance will be credited to the customer's number registered on MyTelkomsel no later than 30 days after the program period ends. 
8. Telkomsel reserves the right to change the promo Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the promo at any time without prior notice. 
9. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel transactions or freeze accounts, if it detects any indication of user abuse and/or other suspicious activity in violation of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
